Refund policy
No Refund Policy – Digital Products
All products sold on Phase Academy (phaseacademy.tech) are digital in nature, including but not limited to cybersecurity courses, ethical hacking tutorials, CEH/OSCP prep material, and penetration testing resources. Once a digital product is purchased and access has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Why We Have a No-Refund Policy
Because our products are delivered digitally and instantly upon payment, there is no way to "return" a digital course or resource. Access to course content is granted immediately after purchase, making the product fully consumed at the moment of delivery.
Exceptions
We may consider a refund only in the following cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same product (duplicate charge).
- You did not receive access to the product within 24 hours of payment and our support team was unable to resolve the issue.
To raise an exception request, please email us at support@phaseacademy.tech within 48 hours of your purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.
